Manufacturing & Quality

Quality Through Controlled Process, Traceability & Specification.

JK Agro shows what is actually controlled and verifiable instead of relying on generic “premium quality” claims.

Quality Flow

  • Raw Material Receipt — identity/source documents and incoming checks.
  • Batch Planning — technical formulation, batch identity and material issue.
  • Processing / Formulation — controlled SOP-based process; exact equipment claims are added only after verification.
  • In-Process Checks — relevant process parameters.
  • Finished-Product Testing — applicable technical/FCO parameters.
  • Filling / Packing — pack, seal, label and batch coding.
  • Batch Release — release after required production/quality records.
  • Dispatch — traceable batch and supply documentation.

Product-Specific Quality Focus

  • Humic Acid 19.6% Liquid — Humic Acid, TOC, pH, specific gravity and solubility.
  • Protein Hydrolysate 16.9% Liquid — free amino acids, pH, specific gravity and solubility.
  • Protein Hydrolysates 25% Liquid — free amino acids, TOC, pH, specific gravity and solubility.
  • Humic Acid 51% Granular — Humic Acid, Fulvic Acid, TOC, pH and bulk density.

Claim Guardrails

JK Agro has an in-house manufacturing unit and quality-control lab. Exact capacity, machinery count, ISO/GMP/cGMP/NABL or similar certification claims are not published unless separately confirmed.

Verification Approach

Existing pack barcode verification remains a secondary trust feature. A separate batch-number lookup may be added later if it creates a practical operational benefit.

Why Manufacturing Process Control Matters

Biostimulant quality is not created by one final test alone. Raw-material identity, controlled addition or processing, mixing/hydrolysis/extraction where applicable, pH control, filtration or dispersion, in-process documentation and finished-product verification can all influence batch consistency. The exact process depends on the technical; a liquid protein hydrolysate and a granular Humic technical should not be judged through the same process checklist.

  • Start with approved raw-material identity and source records.
  • Use in-process controls that are relevant to the formulation instead of relying only on end-product appearance.
  • Compare the finished batch with the applicable specification—such as pH, solubility, specific gravity, TOC or other technical-specific parameters.
  • Maintain batch identity and documentation so a complaint can be traced back to production and test records.

Storage and Shelf Life Are Part of Quality Control

A compliant batch still needs appropriate packing, storage and stock rotation. Heat, contamination, damaged seals, prolonged unsuitable storage or moisture exposure can affect some formulations. Product-specific shelf-life and storage instructions therefore belong in the same quality system as manufacturing and testing.

What a B2B Buyer Should Ask Before a Repeat Order

  • Confirm the exact technical and physical form required.
  • Ask for batch identity and applicable COA/test information where available.
  • Confirm manufacturer/formulator identity, pack details and traceable supply documents.
  • Evaluate repeat-supply consistency, not only one sample or one headline parameter.
