Manufacturing Process Control क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?

Biostimulant quality सिर्फ final test से create नहीं होती। Raw-material identity, controlled processing, mixing/hydrolysis/extraction जहाँ applicable हो, pH control, filtration/dispersion, in-process documentation और finished-product verification batch consistency को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। सटीक process technical के अनुसार अलग होगा; liquid Protein Hydrolysate और granular Humic technical को एक ही process checklist से judge नहीं करना चाहिए।

Compliant batch को भी सही packing, storage और stock rotation चाहिए। Heat, contamination, damaged seal, prolonged unsuitable storage या moisture exposure कुछ formulations को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। इसलिए product-specific shelf-life और storage instructions manufacturing/testing quality system के साथ ही देखें।
